"First time in a collision that resulted in a total loss of my vehicle. Thankfully no on was hurt to bad. I was not at fault and no ticket was given. Went to the office for help and was turned away, treated like an idiot, and told to file my claim online. Asked for follow up from James only to be told he would get back to me later in the week. The office staff then kept working at selling someone on the phone insurance for their watch collection while I sat without guidance or help. Once I purchased a new vehicle and updated my account my insurance didn’t really change much as expected. However the very next billing cycle my rates went up over 40% and no communication from the office as to why. So now I am here reviewing the services of James and his office staff. Shop around there are way more compassionate and hard working agents in the area. There is a reason James only has X amount of reviews yet has been in business for over ten years."

We strive to help all our clients to the full extent, whether on the phone or in person, so I apologize for any wait that was incurred due to communication with other clients. As for the premium changes, those can be surprising, we agree. My team always does their best to warn clients of any financial adjustments when making policy changes, but that conversation can be missed if done online. "Be careful about using this agent. The customer sercice representative's that work in his office has very limited knowledge on how to change policies. When I called to complain that the policy was wrong, they only made excuses and when I express my extreme frustration they hung up on me and would not take my call again. There is even a longer story to this review. Just be careful."

"Had a first meeting set up and we waited 13 minutes past the set time -- no hand shake and a very mild "o I am sorry". All he did was talk about himself and how hard he had to work. Give me a break we all work hard. He never once asked about what we were looking to insure and transfer-- 6 vehicles and 12 properties!!!. When we left he did not ask for any contact information to follow up on and obviously we have not been contacted. Horrible service."
